Hey, I'm Casia! A 911 dispatcher, mom of two, and the person behind Off Duty Behavior. I started designing because I wanted first responder apparel that actually felt like the people I work beside every day: funny, a little unhinged, meaningful when it matters, and something you'd genuinely wear when the shift is over. Dispatch is home base because it's the world I know. But police, fire, EMS, and the rest of the first responder family are absolutely invited. Every order supports a working mom building something of her own; one inappropriate inside joke and really good hoodie at a time. Thanks for being here.
